About the role

Project managers are the driving force at Inizio Evoke. As the internal contact for all projects, Senior Project Managers serve as operational partners with the account team and act as liaisons across strategic, creative, technology, and operations teams. They manage the end-to-end development of projects according to established business processes.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-channel programs, including digital programs. We are looking for project leadership combined with fluency in digital execution, allowing collaboration with technical teams and management of digital deliverables.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll take the lead on projects that span strategy, creative, and technology; owning the work from kickoff through delivery. You’ll guide cross‑functional teams, keep timelines and budgets on track, and ensure every deliverable meets the highest quality standards.

Project Leadership

  • Own projects end‑to‑end with support from Assistant PMs

  • Lead integrated programs across strategy, creative, and tech

  • Turn requirements into clear plans for all teams and partners

  • Collaborate with tech teams on scope, requirements, and execution

  • Manage med/legal submissions, including digital assets

  • Apply structured workflows (SDLC or hybrid) to keep delivery smooth

  • Serve as a quality checkpoint before work goes to account teams

  • Run production meetings and maintain tools like Workfront and Ziflow

  • Help improve processes, especially for digital work

Timelines

  • Build and manage detailed schedules across all workstreams

  • Align teams on milestones and dependencies

  • Track progress at the right level of detail

  • Spot risks early and drive solutions

Budgets

  • Create staffing plans based on scope and complexity

  • Monitor budgets and ensure efficient resource use

  • Partner with finance and tech teams on estimates and tracking

  • Lead monthly reconciliation and support client reporting

Resources

  • Secure the right talent across teams, including technical roles

  • Balance workload and capacity with resourcing partners

  • Manage vendor and development partner relationships

  • Adjust plans as resourcing needs shift

Additional Impact

  • Build strong relationships across teams, vendors, and clients

  • Present plans and processes with clarity and confidence

  • Contribute to scoping and recommend smart digital solutions

 
 
 
 

About you:

  • 4+ years of project management experience

  • Marketing agency experience required

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Experience managing large, cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and technology partners

  • Experience managing multiple vendors and complex workstreams

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and financial systems

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Additional Expertise:

  • Experience managing digital projects such as web builds, CRM programs, or interactive campaigns

  • Understanding of digital ecosystems, development workflows, and platform dependencies

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and translate technical requirements into actionable plans

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Workfront, or similar workflow platforms

  • Working knowledge of SDLC, agile, or hybrid project methodologies

  • Experience supporting regulatory submission processes for digital assets

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.
Compensation
$95,000$125,000 USD
