Senior QA Engineer responsible for test planning, automation (Python/Selenium/UFT), API/web/Windows testing, writing and executing functional and non-functional tests, defect reporting, troubleshooting hardware issues, and working as an individual contributor within Scrum to meet project deadlines.

- Good understanding of testing process and several phases of testing cycle.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software quality testing
- Have good experience in web, window, API and automation testing using Python
- Experience in different kind of testing like functional, regression, user acceptance, system testing and performance testing.
- Creating, Maintaining and Executing test scripts for Functional, Regression, Integration test projects leveraging tools such as Selenium/UFT
- Experience in Web Application Automation using tool such as Selenium (Python).
- Writes and executes functional & non-functional tests (hardware reliability, integrity)
- Understand application requirements, write and maintain test cases according to functional and technical specifications.
- Should be an Individual contributor, self-starter who can work closely with teams & projects working in Scrum
- Good knowledge on using any Test Management & defect tracking tool – e.g. QC, JIRA
- Submit defect reports, analyze patterns of defects for his/her features and help in finding resolutions.
- Trouble shoot hardware anomalies & narrow down the root cause.
- Work closely on the deadlines of the project
- Provide regular status reports to all stakeholders and highlight risks proactively over e-mail, status calls or any other mode as requested
