Senior Recruiter, GTM (Sales & Marketing)

Job Overview

As a Senior Recruiter focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) talent at Socure, you'll partner with Sales & Marketing leaders to fill critical commercial roles as the business scales. Additional areas of coverage could include Finance, People, Operations, and other areas as needed. You'll own full-cycle recruiting — from client management to sourcing strategy through offer close — while delivering a great experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, and contributing to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives like employer branding and DEI.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own full-lifecycle recruiting for GTM roles as needed across the business — Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and related functions.

  • Build data-driven sourcing strategies to attract and qualify top commercial talent.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing hiring managers as a trusted advisor, aligning searches to go-to-market needs and team structure.

  • Deliver a proactive, transparent candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Manage pipelines in Ashby using structured recruiting best practices.

  • Contribute to TA initiatives — employer branding, process improvement, DEI, and team training.

  • Build and maintain a strong network in the SaaS sales and marketing community.

  • Mentor junior recruiters and support broader talent planning efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years recruiting for commercial/GTM roles (Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) in SaaS or high-growth tech.

  • Working knowledge of sales org structures and comp models (OTE, quota, commission).

  • Experience with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) and sourcing tools for commercial talent (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Juicebox, Gem, etc).

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Comfort using recruiting data/analytics to drive decisions.

  • Commitment to inclusive, equitable hiring practices.
