What You’ll Do
Full-cycle recruiting for engineering —from cold outreach to interviews to building a team from scratch.
Process design: data-driven pipelines, scorecards, and metrics that scale with headcount
Candidate experience: engage with each candidate actively and with care to leave a strong impression and reflect our values
Collaborative hiring: work with Founders, rest of team, agencies to drive hiring strategy based on growth goals
Storytelling: pitch Giga’s mission so convincingly that top talent can’t walk away
