  • A strong customer service focus to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; you communicate effectively and build strong, productive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, peers, and senior leadership
  • The ability to quickly learn and thrive in a fast moving and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Comfort and curiosity with AI tools — you don't need to be an engineer, but you stay current with emerging AI technologies and have hands-on experience using them to streamline work, draft content, or solve operational problems faster.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Prior experience with Google (docs, sheets, calendars), Docusign, MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
  • The skillset to he highly organized, self-motivated problem solver

  • Track record of success in managing many projects and programs concurrently.
  • Understanding of the unique challenges (and opportunities) or working in a startup environment.  If you crave highly defined processes and structures, be prepared to be a part of the team that creates them.  We like good processes too, but we are a work in progress.
