As a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll bring an analyst’s mindset and a builder’s mentality to how Mudflap scales its revenue engine. This role blends deep analytical thinking with hands-on strategy and execution, turning data into actionable insights while designing and implementing the systems, processes, and tools that power our GTM teams.
You’ll work cross-functionally to optimize funnel performance, improve customer engagement and retention, and evolve our revenue tech stack, while building new operational capabilities that support growth. From guiding teams through new platforms and product launches to developing operational frameworks and analytics that shape decision-making, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our revenue teams are set up to move faster, operate smarter, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Preference for Bay Area or Austin, Open to RemoteWe value in-person connection and have offices in both Palo Alto and Austin. While we prefer candidates located in these hubs for occasional meetings and team collaboration, we are open to remote team members who can travel periodically if needed.
Expectations (In this role, you will):Analyze, plan, and implement improvements on pre-sales process, rep execution, data cleanliness, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity
Develop Revenue strategies, partnering with internal teams, to strengthen network and improve experience for prospects, applicants, and customers
Identify, own and publish operational OKRs and KPIs which will improve funnel conversion and drive positive engagement and usage across Mudflap
Leverage data and analysis to develop growth strategies and execution plans to optimize Mudflap functions and address business problems
Develop and lead GTM program for new product lines or initiatives, including managing external vendor relationships, evaluating business applications, and developing processes for onboarding and support
Lead cross-functional teams to scale operations, optimize organizational structures, and improve operational workflows and processes
Assess current tools and systems to identify operational gaps. Determine need for new tools and lead their implementation
Present recommendations and results to management and key decision-makers
4+ years of experience in sales revenue and tech operations, project manager, and/or business analytics roles
CRM Expertise: You are proficient in designing and implementing processes and workflows in CRM applications, including guiding tech teams and vendors on integrations to meet business objectives
Analytical skills: you can develop actionable insights from complex data. You have experience with data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization tools. You are highly proficient in Excel/Sheets and SQL. Experience with Tableau, Python or similar is a plus
Process Champion: you have experience implementing end-to-end workflows and processes from scratch for new, future products and existing operations
Operations-minded: you find a way to get the function done and prioritize streamlining and improving processes
Collaboration: you are a strong cross-functional leader, effective at managing multiple internal and external teams towards business goals
Communication skills: you can communicate complicated insights and arguments both verbally and in writing

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. The candidate's skills, experience, and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards or short-term incentives.
