About Us

Qualio is on a mission to empower life science teams to launch and scale life-saving products. We’re doing that by building a connected and integrated quality management platform for the entire life science ecosystem. Qualio is trusted by over 600 highly regulated international customers, ranging from the bleeding edge of computational biology and machine learning to household names in mRNA vaccine development.

The Qualio team is all-remote, and currently distributed across North America, Europe and Australia.

What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to help manage processes, systems, data, and AI-enabled workflows for the revenue functions of Qualio (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success).
This is an individual contributor role where you will maintain the systems for the revenue functions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and ensure data integrity across systems. To be successful, you should have experience in the same or a similar role, deep experience with GTM processes and systems, and curiosity about how AI and automation can change how revenue teams work. You should also demonstrate leadership skills and be able to work with and influence others across the organization. Ultimately, you will help the GTM teams be more productive and keep all revenue functions in line with the company’s strategic goals.

There is room to grow here. This role sits on the RevOps team and can develop toward GTM engineering as your skills in integrations, automation, and AI agents deepen.

What will I be doing?

  • Manage and optimize the revenue technology stack, including Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Nooks, DealHub, and other tools, with clean object and field design, sound permissions, and documented integrations
  • Evaluate new tools against real workflow needs, own rollout and enablement, and retire tools and fields that are no longer useful
  • Build and maintain automations, integrations, and AI agents that remove manual work and surface deal context and account signals inside the tools the field already uses
  • Validate AI outputs against source systems before they reach the field or leadership, and document the guardrails so others can trust them
  • Assist Revenue leadership in building, documenting, and improving business processes, and encode them in the systems through validation rules, routing, and automation rather than tribal knowledge
  • Keep process documentation current and findable, and measure whether changes improved productivity, speed, or data quality
  • Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, fostering collaboration and alignment
  • Train and support GTM teams on RevOps processes, tools, and AI-enabled workflows, and share what works so adoption spreads
  • Create and manage GTM reports and dashboards, and support forecasting and performance analysis with consistent metric definitions
  • Establish and maintain top-tier standards for data integrity and accuracy, and flag data gaps rather than papering over them
  • Monitor daily operations and address issues as they arise
What skills do I need?
  • 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models, with an understanding of recurring revenue dynamics
  • Salesforce administration experience and ideally a certified administrator
  • Experience with Gong, Omni, HubSpot and DealHub ideally
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation platforms (such as Claude, Make, or Zapier) to streamline workflows, and the judgment to validate AI outputs against source data
  • Interest in growing toward GTM engineering, with a working knowledge of or appetite to learn APIs, integrations, and data models
  • Strong quantitative skills and the willingness to dig into data
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
Benefits
  • Matching 401k
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits
  • Dependent & Health FSA, Short/Long Term Disability, Basic & Voluntary Life Insurance
  • Flexible time off policy
  • Company allowance for home office supplies
  • Yearly professional development budget
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave
  • Opportunity to make a difference through helping life-saving products get to market
A note to candidates:

Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they meet every single one of the qualifications as described in a job description. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive company and we are most interested in finding the BEST candidate for the job. That candidate may be one who comes from a less traditional background, and that’s okay. We would strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't believe you meet every one of the qualifications described.
