About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven remote Senior SDR Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-performing Sales Development team. This role is critical to driving top-of-funnel pipeline and fueling overall revenue growth. You’ll operate as a player-coach—developing talent, optimizing performance, and setting the standard for outbound excellence in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs

  • Drive pipeline generation to support Account Executives and Sales Managers

  • Coach and mentor reps on prospecting, outreach, and conversion strategies

  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize team productivity

  • Establish and execute strategic plans aligned with company growth goals

  • Lead pipeline reviews, account planning, and opportunity development

  • Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and results

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development

  • Contribute to team culture and act as a brand ambassador

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience

  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of success

  • Strong expertise in outbound prospecting and pipeline creation

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI-focused environments

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Ownership mentality with a focus on results and continuous improvement
