About FastSpring:

FastSpring is how AI, SaaS, gaming, software, and digital product companies sell online in more places around the world. We handle all payment needs from checkout to taxes so you can go farther faster.

Founded in 2005, we are a privately owned company headquartered in Santa Barbara with offices in Amsterdam, Austin, Belfast, Dublin, Halifax, and Singapore.

Position Overview:

FastSpring is looking for a driven, experienced, and relentlessly curious Senior Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is designed for someone with a proven track record of success in a quota-driven prospecting role who thrives in outbound environments and is motivated by building pipeline and creating new opportunities. As a Sr. SDR, you will play a key role in expanding FastSpring’s reach across global markets by identifying and engaging high-value prospects in industries navigating the complexities of global eCommerce, including SaaS, software, gaming, and digital products.

This is a great opportunity to make an impact at a growing organization while mastering both sales and a technical product.  The most successful candidates are curious, self-motivated, and driven to grow—people who seek to understand, act with urgency, and are ready to make a difference.

They bring a strong outbound mindset, communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences, and stay resilient while building pipeline in complex markets. Strong organization, preparation, and thoughtful research allow them to consistently engage the right prospects and turn conversations into qualified opportunities. Top performers consistently exceed pipeline or meeting targets through thoughtful research, outbound prospecting, and personalized outreach.

This position is remote, with some travel expected for trade shows and in-person team on-sites and events.

Typical Daily Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified pipeline for FastSpring by identifying and engaging high-value prospects across global markets, particularly in SaaS, software, gaming, and digital products.
  • Own the outbound motion, using creative, multi-channel prospecting strategies across calls, personalized email, video, ai, and social channels to consistently build qualified pipeline
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to target key accounts, align on strategy, and convert early interest into high-quality meetings.
  • Use and optimize Salesforce and sales engagement tools daily to track activity, manage pipeline, and maintain clean, accurate prospect data.
  • Lead early discovery conversations, uncovering customer challenges and understanding business priorities to position FastSpring effectively.
  • Continuously refine your outreach, testing messaging and learning from results to improve pipeline generation.
  • Support FastSpring’s presence in the market through virtual and in-person events to expand awareness and build relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Business proficiency in spoken Spanish and English required; ability to conduct professional conversations and outreach across both languages (written Spanish a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve quota and generate qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting in a SaaS sales development or business development role.
  • Proven ability to build qualified pipeline independently, using thoughtful research, targeted outreach, and disciplined follow-up.
  • Strong curiosity and research instincts, able to quickly understand customer challenges and how modern software systems connect.
  • Highly self-directed and resilient, acts with urgency in a demanding outbound sales environment.
  • Disciplined operator, capable of managing outreach strategy, account prioritization, and pipeline activity with strong organization and preparation.
  • Comfort discussing technical products, including SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience with APIs, integrations, or how modern software platforms connect
  • Experience in payments, eCommerce, gaming, or developer-focused markets.

Compensation:

This role carries annual on-target earnings (OTE) of $92,000, comprising a base salary of $63,000 and a variable sales incentive of $29,000.

Consistent with FastSpring's values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. The base pay range below represents a good faith estimate of the low and high end base pay range for the listed position. This role may be eligible for the corporate bonus plan (or, if a sales role, a commission plan as defined in the sales incentive plan document). In addition, FastSpring provides a variety of benefits to employees.
