About Leena AI

Leena AI is an agentic AI platform that ships pre-built, pre-trained AI Colleagues for HR, IT, and Finance and gives enterprises a low-code/no-code agent studio to automate their back office. A Gartner Leader three years running, we power 20M+ employees across 500+ global enterprises—including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Panasonic, and MongoDB—auto-resolving 70%+ of tickets and delivering 4–10× measured ROI, with customers live in 45 days.

About the Role

Sales Engineers at Leena AI lead technical pre-sales engagements with Fortune 1000 / Global 2000 enterprises. As a key member of the field sales team, you'll wear many hats—from executive-level platform demos to deeply technical solution architecture, integrations, and proofs of value. Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, you'll translate agentic AI capabilities—AI Colleagues, low-code/no-code workflow automation, API and MCP/A2A interoperability, and enterprise-grade governance—into measurable business outcomes that win deals and drive customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical side of the entire sales cycle: highly engaging custom product demonstrations and presentations, solution architecture, RFI/RFP responses, security questionnaires, integrations, and the POC/POV process.
  • Design and build compelling proofs of value—configuring AI Colleagues, agentic workflows, and Agent Operating Protocols (AOPs) using Leena AI's low-code/no-code studio to map directly to each customer's use cases.
  • Partner with in-region Account Executives to plan for, target, and expand new and existing enterprise accounts.
  • Architect integrations across the customer's HR, IT, and Finance stack (e.g., Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle) using REST APIs, pre-built connectors, and MCP/A2A interoperability.
  • Serve as an internal and external Subject Matter Expert on Leena AI's platform, integrations, and agentic AI use cases. Collaborate with the global SE team, engineering, and product management to share customer feedback, design guidance, and best practices.
  • Provide channel partner technical enablement and support, and represent Leena AI at regional trade shows and events, as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role—sales/solutions engineering, services consulting, or customer success—supporting enterprise customers.
  • Superb customer-facing skills, including executive presentations, live demos, and clear written communication.
  • Strong technical contributor across modern technologies, with experience architecting complex SaaS solutions and API integrations.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI and agentic AI technologies—LLMs, RAG, prompt design, AI agents, and orchestration.
  • Experience building or configuring low-code/no-code workflow automations.
  • Experience with value- or solution-selling approaches, and comfortable operating in a consultative selling environment.

Substantial expertise with at least two of the following:

  • Agentic AI & Automation – AI Colleagues/agents, orchestration, RAG, prompt engineering, low-code/no-code workflow builders.
  • APIs & Interoperability – RESTful APIs, webhooks, and emerging agent standards such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent).
  • Enterprise SaaS Integrations – HR, IT, and Finance systems such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Oracle.
  • Cloud/SaaS – Scalability, cloud providers, security assessments, and encryption.
  • Infrastructure & Security – Networking, firewalls, VPNs, AD, SAML, SSO, and AI governance/observability.
