Assertive Yield is a fast-growing optimization platform empowering publishers and SSPs to drive more revenue through intelligent auction dynamics, traffic shaping, analytics, and real-time decisioning. As adoption accelerates across global markets, we’re expanding our commercial team and looking for a Sales Executive who thrives in high-growth environments and excels at turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

If you're a confident closer with deep curiosity about the programmatic ecosystem and a passion for helping publishers succeed, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Drive net-new revenue across key publisher and supply-side targets, owning the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Identify and target ideal clients, including enterprise publishers, app developers, networks, SSPs, and digital media companies.
  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through research, industry insights, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Run high-quality demos that communicate the company’s value across optimization, yield management, auction efficiency, and revenue performance.
  • Forecast accurately, maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, and communicate deal progress and blockers with clarity
  • Collaborate with the COO, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine GTM strategy and messaging
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, conferences, and client meetings
  • Stay current on market trends, including SPO, supply chain transparency, AI-driven optimization, and overall programmatic monetization dynamics.

Who You Are

A driven, emotionally intelligent sales professional with a hunter mentality and the discipline to deliver consistent results.

Traits & Competencies

  • Confident communicator and strong closer who translates technical concepts into clear commercial outcomes for decision-makers across product, ad ops, revenue, and executive stakeholders
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, learns as you go, builds structure where needed, and takes full ownership of outcomes
  • Curious and analytical, with the ability to understand complex optimization technology and translate it into business impact
  • Relationship builder who earns trust with prospects, customers, and internal teams
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment, where GTM processes are evolving and your input drives improvement
  • Detail-oriented closer who balances aggressive pipeline building with disciplined deal management to move contracts through each stage efficiently

Required Experience

  • 3+ years in B2B tech sales (AdTech, MarTech, SaaS strongly preferred).
  • Experience selling solutions to publishers, SSPs, or supply-side ecosystem partners.
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, including auctions, yield, header bidding, and monetization workflows.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Fluent in English; experience selling across the US and/or EMEA markets.

Good to Have

Experience selling yield optimization tools, analytics platforms, or SSP/monetization infrastructure.

What we offer

  • Innovative and dynamic environment
  • Opportunities to grow
  • Continue learning and become a high-level professional.
  • Fully remote, full-time, and flexible working hours
  • A fun, smart, and diverse team
  • Competitive compensation package
