A national staffing organization is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition and expand market presence across the U.S. This fully remote role is ideal for a proven hunter with deep experience selling professional staffing solutions and building relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.

Position Overview

The Senior Sales Executive will identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across professional staffing verticals. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a track record of landing and growing enterprise accounts while managing the full sales cycle.

You will promote a unique, high-impact staffing model designed for efficiency, innovation, and scalable delivery. Your primary responsibility is new client acquisition—this role is built for a true hunter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and convert new enterprise and mid-market clients across the U.S.

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through onboarding.

  • Present staffing solutions and service models to multiple levels of decision-makers.

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects and customers.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue goals.

  • Represent the company at selected conferences and industry events (2–3 times per year).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support client implementation and delivery success.



RequirementsRequired Experience & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.).

  • Proven success as a hunter with a strong record of new client acquisition.

  • Established relationships within the Talent Ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).

  • Ability to sell into enterprise and mid-market environments, influencing multiple decision-makers.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using Zoom, CRM systems (Dynamics preferred), and MS Office.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Must be located in the U.S.

  • Ability to travel 2–3 times per year for industry events.

  • Not eligible: candidates with experience solely in healthcare or light industrial staffing.
