Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Operations Associate to join Snap! As a member of our Sales Technology Team, you’ll make our global sales organization more efficient and data-driven by defining and executing our strategy for AI-powered sales tools. You’ll partner closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that optimize sales processes and empower teams to perform at their best.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with sales and operations leaders to design, optimize, and automate sales processes using next-generation AI tools and platforms.

  • Translate business needs into detailed requirements for technical partners, focusing on AI-powered systems, workflow automation, and predictive analytics.

  • Collaborate closely with CRM Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to build and implement AI-driven tooling solutions within Salesforce and other sales technologies.

  • Drive adoption through user acceptance testing, change management, training, and ongoing iteration, ensuring smooth rollout and sustained engagement across global sales teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Technical Program Management, or Revenue Operations, with a strong understanding of systems architecture and business processes.

  • Ability to define and execute AI strategy in partnership with Operations and Engineering stakeholders — managing tradeoffs such as 1P vs. 3P and bespoke vs. scalable solutions while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the sales and client service process.

  • Hands-on experience building and implementing AI-powered solutions using tools such as Google Agentspace, ChatGPT for Enterprise, Salesforce Agentforce, or Microsoft Copilot.

  • Technical fluency across cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and programming languages such as Python or JavaScript, with experience integrating AI systems and data pipelines.

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and effectively translate business needs into technical execution.

  • Demonstrated success in launching, scaling, and driving adoption of AI projects across large sales teams.

 Minimum qualifications:

  • 4+ years working in Sales Operations, Technical Program Management, or similar functions

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, computer science, finance, or related discipline (or equivalent years of experience)

  • Strong understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.

  • Expertise with Salesforce CRM and other sales tools, including customization, workflow automation, and integrations.

  • Relevant certifications (PMP, Google Cloud Architect, Salesforce Administrator/Developer) are preferred.

  • Experience working in the tech, media, or digital advertising industry, with strong knowledge of the global advertising market.
