The Senior Salesforce Developer role is the ideal combination of technical expertise and functional insight. You will have the opportunity to solve real-world business problems, designing and building technical solutions that create meaningful improvements in our clients’ operations. This is a highly collaborative role that requires both strong coding skills and a deep understanding of business processes.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop or revise custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Troubleshoot errors and solve Salesforce process inefficiencies using custom APEX developed solutions
- Create complex automations, workflows, and flows to support client-specific needs.
- Build and maintain API integrations using REST and SOAP web services, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
- Create or customize Experience Cloud sites using custom development to meet user engagement and branding requirements.
- Participate in the testing, documentation, and demonstration of developed solutions both internally and with clients.
- Analyze and document client technical requirements, configurations, workflows, and procedures both onsite and remotely.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and team members on progress, blockers, and risks.
- Respond promptly to urgent support requests and client inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Deep expertise in:
- Salesforce Apex and Visualforce
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- REST and SOAP API integrations
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce automation tools
- 3rd Party Apps
- Mulesoft Platform
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead technical sessions with end users.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%; travel varies based on client needs.
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred
