Job Description:
Tria Federal is seeking a Senior-Level Salesforce Developer to support our federal client (Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services). This role focuses on building scalable Salesforce solutions using modern engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple orgs
- Lead development of complex features using Apex, LWC, and integrations
- Own CI/CD processes using Copado, including pipeline design and optimization
- Perform code reviews and enforce design patterns and best practices
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft or APIs
- Configure and manage static code analysis of Salesforce code (e.g., Checkmarx, Snyc) and remediation of bugs
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
- Collaborate with architects on enterprise-level design decisions
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and large-scale implementations
- Experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming)
- Experience with middleware integrations (MuleSoft preferred)
Highly Preferred
- Platform Developer II and JavaScript certifications
- Experience in regulated environments (CMS, Federal)
- Experience with DevSecOps tools (Checkmarx, Snyk, etc.)
- Knowledge or experience of Agentforce and Data360
Public Trust Clearance: This role will require the hired candidate to go through public trust clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is required to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.
