About the Role:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer on our SMB Salesforce Engineering team, you'll design and implement technical solutions to business problems on the Salesforce platform. Our most successful Senior Developers tackle a variety of tasks, from designing integrations and resolving operational issues to production debugging and risk mitigation, and they pair with others outside their immediate team to accomplish any task.

  • Build solutions on an event-driven architecture (Platform Events, Change Data Capture) to ensure scalable and responsive system design.
  • Develop and maintain API integrations with external systems and services.
  • Collaborate on data modeling to support new features and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Update and optimize Salesforce Flows as part of overall solution delivery.
  • Partner with admins, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer; Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Apex, LWC, API development, and integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with event-driven design (e.g., Platform Events, Change Data Capture).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and performance optimization.
  • Strong coding, debugging, and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance development workflows, with sound judgment in their application.
  • Passion for continuous learning and growth.

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, or Data Architecture certifications
  • Experience with CI/CD for Salesforce (SFDX, Jenkins, or similar)
