The Senior SAP BRIM Analyst will lead SAP solution architecture for end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, manage subscription lifecycles, configure billing and revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. SAP BRIM Analyst with deep expertise in Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Invoicing (CI), FI-CA, and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR). This role will drive the design and delivery of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards while supporting scalable subscription and usage-based business models.
In This Role, You Will...
- Lead end-to-end SAP BRIM + SAP RAR solution architecture (SOM → CC → CI → FI-CA → RAR)
- Design and manage subscription lifecycle (order capture, changes, renewals, cancellations)
- Configure billing/invoicing (CI), financials (FI-CA), and revenue recognition (RAR)
- Implement revenue recognition aligned with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 (POBs, allocation, postings)
- Integrate BRIM with RAR for contract creation, allocation, and Finance (FI/GL) postings; ensure seamless data flow
- Handle complex revenue scenarios, ensure compliance/audit readiness, optimize performance, and lead stakeholder alignment & governance
Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong specialization in SAP BRIM and SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting, covering end-to-end billing and revenue processes.
- Deep expertise across BRIM components: SOM, Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA, with strong understanding of subscription and usage-based billing models.
- Extensive hands-on experience in RAR configuration, including POB determination, SSP setup, and revenue allocation/posting rules aligned with accounting standards.
- Strong knowledge of FI-CA (payments, collections, dunning, disputes) and CI (billable items, billing plans, invoicing, corrections) processes.
- Proven experience integrating BRIM with RAR and SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/GL), with solid financial compliance knowledge and ability to handle high-volume transactional environments.

- SAP certifications in BRIM and/or RAR
- Knowledge of SAP BTP and cloud integrations
