KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a Senior SAP QM Consultant to design, configure, and enhance SAP Quality Management solutions within S/4HANA or ECC environments. This role will focus on implementing quality inspection, control, and assurance processes across manufacturing, procurement, and production operations. Candidates may or may not take a lead role but must be capable of independently managing complex quality-related SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure SAP QM processes including inspection planning, quality notifications, results recording, and usage decision.
  • Integrate QM with MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD modules for end-to-end quality processes.
  • Support quality certificates, batch management, and vendor evaluation.
  • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and workflows.
  • Perform testing, defect resolution, and go-live support.
  • Recommend process improvements to align with industry best practices and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP QM.
  • Strong configuration skills in SAP ECC QM and/or S/4HANA Quality Management.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end SAP QM implementations and support.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP S/4HANA certification in Quality Management.
  • Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, food, automotive, etc.).
  • Exposure to digital quality management, IoT-enabled quality checks, and advanced analytics.
