Senior SDR responsible for generating and qualifying pipeline for AEs by researching target accounts, executing AI-assisted multi-channel outbound outreach, tracking intent signals, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Redox is on a mission to accelerate healthcare’s transformation with useful data. Redox Engine, a flexible interoperability platform, connects and powers real-time healthcare data exchange. With just one connection, data can be orchestrated across a growing network of 12,000+ systems and organizations, including 100+ electronic health record systems (EHRs). Redox processes over 1.2 billion messages per month across our health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.

This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing and sales development, owning top-of-funnel (TOFU) pipeline generation as a full-funnel discipline, not a volume-outreach function. The Senior SDR is responsible for designing, running, and iterating on multi-channel demand programs (outbound, paid, content-led, community, and event-driven) that generate and qualify pipeline for the Account Executive team, and for treating every campaign as a testable growth experiment.

SDRs in this role are not order-takers. They are growth operators who think in funnels, conversion rates, and channel mix, and who deeply understand the healthcare interoperability landscape. As a Senior SDR, you will go beyond sequences: you'll build and test acquisition experiments, partner with Marketing on campaign design and messaging, and treat your territory like a mini growth function with its own hypotheses, metrics, and iteration loop.

You will partner closely with Marketing, Account Executives, and RevOps to ensure pipeline efforts are tightly aligned to ICP and segment strategy, and that learnings from your experiments feed back into broader GTM strategy. Your success will be measured by qualified pipeline generated, channel-level conversion rates, and your contribution to scalable, repeatable growth motions - not just meetings booked.

Job Responsibilities

    • Design and run multi-channel TOFU growth experiments (outbound, LinkedIn/social, targeted paid, content syndication, intent-triggered outreach) to generate and qualify pipeline from health tech vendors, health systems, payers, and EHR partners.

    • Use AI-powered research and enrichment tools to synthesize account intelligence, EHR environment, funding, hiring signals, product news, and translate it into personalized, channel-specific outreach and campaign targeting.

    • Partner with Marketing on campaign strategy: help shape messaging, test creative/copy variants, and identify which channels and hooks convert best by segment.

    • Treat outbound as one channel among several, build a testing cadence (A/B message variants, channel mix, timing) and report back what's working, not just how much was sent.

    • Monitor and act on intent signals (job postings, tech stack changes, regulatory activity, EHR migrations) using AI-enriched data platforms to prioritize and time outreach for maximum relevance.

    • Build relationships across multiple stakeholders at target accounts (technical, clinical, business) to widen the funnel and increase conversion at each stage.

    • Collaborate with Account Executives on territory strategy and handoff, and with RevOps/Marketing on attribution and funnel reporting.

    • Maintain accurate pipeline and campaign performance data in Salesforce; use AI tools to reduce administrative burden and keep funnel metrics clean and trustworthy.

    • Share field intelligence - objections, competitive dynamics, channel performance - with Sales, Marketing, and Product to sharpen Redox's broader growth strategy.

    • As a Senior SDR, help build the team's growth-marketing muscle: share testing frameworks, campaign playbooks, and channel performance data so wins are repeatable.

Required Skills & Experience

    • 2 - 4+ years of pipeline generation experience in SaaS or health-tech, spanning both outbound prospecting and growth/demand-gen style campaign work, with a track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.

    • Familiarity with the healthcare technology landscape, including EHR systems, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and pain points facing health tech vendors and health systems.

    • Working knowledge of growth marketing fundamentals: funnel metrics, conversion optimization, A/B testing, and channel attribution, and the ability to apply that thinking to a sales development territory.

    • Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, personalization, and campaign iteration (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Clay). Ability to apply AI output critically.

    • Demonstrated ability to build and run multi-channel campaigns (not just email/call sequences) that generate qualified pipeline, with comfort operating like a mini growth team.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to translate Redox's value proposition into channel-appropriate messaging for technical and business audiences.

    • Understanding of pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and CAC/channel efficiency thinking, with the ability to prioritize effort against pipeline contribution targets.

    • A demonstrated bias toward experimentation, comfortable proposing a test, measuring it, and killing or scaling it based on data.

Preferred Skills & Experience

    • Experience running paid or content-led demand-gen campaigns, even at small scale.

    • Familiarity with interoperability concepts (FHIR APIs, TEFCA, 21st Century Cures Act).

    • Prior experience in a Senior/Lead SDR or growth marketing hybrid capacity with mentorship responsibilities.

    • Experience building AI-assisted growth workflows or testing frameworks that others can replicate.

Software Platforms/Tools

  • Salesforce (required)

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required)

  • GSuite (required)

  • AI writing/personalization tools - e.g., Claude (required)

  • Gong (preferred)

  • Marketing/campaign or attribution tooling (e.g., Hubspot, 6sense, Clay) (preferred)
