Design, implement, test, and maintain full-stack product and system code. Participate across the full development lifecycle, review peers' code, create documentation, collaborate with global teams, and help drive strategic engineering goals in a fast-growing startup.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, or equivalent.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience in the full product lifecycle including gathering technical requirements, solution design, implementation, and productionization up to support and decommission.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with teams within and outside of the core team and across sites.
- Team player and proactive in proposing solutions when faced with ambiguous software engineering problems.
- Write product or system development code.
- Participate in the full cycle of development, from an idea through design, implementation, and test, to exposing features to end users.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
- Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
- Collaborate with teams across the globe (Prague and SF office).
