The Role You'll Play:
  • Build and maintain performant, reliable frontend systems and the server-side flows behind them
  • Partner with Product, Design, Marketing to bring features to life from ideation through deployment, always iterating with the end-user in mind
  • Champion engineering best practices — automated testing, peer reviews, observability, and clean, type-safe design
  • Lead & influence architecture decisions that prioritize scalability and simplicity in a shared codebase
  • Seek feedback, iterate fast, and balance innovation with reliability
  • Debug production issues across the stack using real telemetry
  • Approach development with empathy — understanding how your work supports both our partners and their communities
  • Lead in AI experimentation and innovation across workflows, teams, and tech stacks
  • Mentor others and help foster a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture
Experience You Bring
  • 5+ years of Senior-level experience developing and supporting large-scale, production web applications
  • Proficiency with TypeScript and modern React, including the React Server Components / server-first model
  • Deep experience with Next.js (App Router) or a comparable SSR/full-stack framework — server actions, data fetching, and the client/server boundary
  • Experience designing and integrating APIs, working with microservice architecture, and with owning both client and server-side code
  • Experience with .NET, C#, AWS
  • Understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Solid instincts for testing— unit and integration tests as a default part of the work, not an afterthought
  • Proficiency with observability tools (New Relic or similar) to diagnose and resolve production issues
  • Agile mindset and strong grasp of software development lifecycle practices
  • Ability to navigate complexity, assess tradeoffs, and execute with confidence
  • Experience using agentic development tools to raise the bar on professional engineering teams
  • Excellent communicator who brings others along and helps ideas stick
Technologies you'll be working with
  • Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, .NET
  • Front-end: React, Next.js (App Router), MUI
  • Server & data: Next.js server actions, Zod, Redis
