Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Quality Engineering professional with strong experience in QA and Business Analysis within the insurance domain. This role requires a candidate who can operate effectively in both QA and BA capacities, demonstrate strong ownership, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Execute quality engineering activities across the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate requirements
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Contribute to both QA and BA responsibilities as required
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure solution quality
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and resolve defects
• Manage competing priorities and deliver assigned work within agreed timelines
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership for assigned deliverables

• 7–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in QA and Business Analysis
• Experience in the insurance domain
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
