Conduit is an enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure and tooling platform powering the next generation of on-chain applications.
Our platform supports many of the most notable teams in crypto, with use cases spanning payments, tokenization, and beyond. Built for security, customization, and scalability, Conduit delivers production-grade reliability paired with deep blockchain expertise—so teams can stay focused on what matters most: their product.
Backed by a $37M Series A led by Paradigm and Haun Ventures, Conduit is a remote-first company with offices in San Francisco and New York City for those who prefer a hybrid environment. Our team brings experience from companies like Meta, Amazon, Aave, Compound, and Paradigm.
We’re building the infrastructure layer that will power on-chain finance for the next decade.
If you want to build something people rely on every day, join us.
About the Role
In this role you'll be working closely with the Head of Product to develop, maintain, and optimize the rollup stack offerings and customizations made possible by our leading Rollup-as-a-Service platform. You’ll develop product customizations that create entirely new or more efficient functionality, as well as help us expand our support for emerging L2s. We value people who can quickly obtain a deep technical understanding, are able to quickly create proof-of-concepts to validate entirely new approaches, and enjoy being self-directed and identifying the most important problems to solve.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years developer experience with Golang
2+ years working in the web3 space
Ideally developing smart contracts and/or developing node software.
2+ years working in production with infrastructure tools or cloud DevOps experience: GCP, AWS, kubernetes.
It’s a bonus if you have:
Familiarity with multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Golang, Rust, and Solidity.
A strong background in distributed systems, cryptography, and network protocols.
Have some experience hacking on the various rollups, understand the underlying components, and have opinions about the various trade-offs of those components and platforms.
Have some experience with hacking on EVM node software.
We think you’ll find this work really exciting if you:
You love to ship code!
Not afraid to make decisions and act on them, even when or especially when you face uncertainty.
Love rollups and their potential to exponentially scale Ethereum, and are excited about building best-in-class tooling and infrastructure for it and around it.
You’re excited to architect, build, and deploy the systems, services, and integrations that help our rollups connect with other ecosystem partners.
Have experience tinkering with optimistic and ZK rollups and deploying applications to the various chains.
Can debug problems across the stack, such as networking issues, performance problems, or memory leaks
Own problems end-to-end, and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to get the job done
Have contributed to product strategy and product roadmaps.
Our tech stack
Our infrastructure is built on Kubernetes, Postgres, and Cloud Tasks on GCP, and the products on top utilize a mix of React, Javascript/Typescript, Go, Rust, and Postgres. While we value experience with these technologies, we are primarily looking for engineers with strong technical skills and the ability to quickly pick up new tools and frameworks.
