We are seeking Software Engineers to join our team to deliver innovative consumer focused digital
experiences. You’ll be working with a modern tech stack including JavaScript, TypeScript,
PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Neo4j, GraphQL, Kafka and React to name a few. Your work will be
highly visible, and will directly impact millions of highly engaged members.
What to Expect
● Work on a cross-functional team to ideate and deliver new features
● Offer technical insight to help inform product roadmap
● Exercise good judgment and promote best practices
● Share your passion for quality and simplicity
● Troubleshoot complex systems in a microservices environment
● Ship well-tested, reliable and performant code
Qualifications
● Computer Science degree and/or equivalent work experience
● Extensive knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript and/or TypeScript
● Experience utilizing SQL and NoSQL data stores
● Experience working on consumer-facing software products
● Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
● Track record using reliable, maintainable and scalable architectural patterns
● Experience with front-end development
Nice to Have
● React, HTML5, CSS3
● API development, REST, Express, GraphQL
● CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Github Actions, Semantic Versioning
● Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub, queues, event sourcing
● Monitoring, logging, alerting
● Code linting, testing frameworks, security concepts
● Documentation, Swagger, OpenAPI Spec
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
