Responsibilities:

Lead the development of cross-platform desktop and cloud-hosted web applications that host our advanced speech AI models. This role offers an opportunity to design scalable, high performance systems for Windows, Mac, Linux, and Cloud environments, and lead groundbreaking work in self-supervised learning, large-scale pretraining, language processing, and multimodal architecture.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Speech Processing and 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Development Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Senior Software Developer, or related
  • Must also possess: 2 years of professional software development experience building complex, high-performance applications, especially those with real-time or near-real-time capabilities
  • 2 years of experience advancing accessibility and assistive technologies, with a focus on user-centric design for diverse user groups
  • 2 years of experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), including deploying and managing machine learning models
  • 1 year of hands-on experience developing and deploying large-scale models in at least two of the following areas: Speech-to-text (ASR), Text-to-speech (TTS), Voice conversion and speech enhancement, or Speech translation and multimodal learning
  • 1 year of experience in self-supervised learning, language processing, contrastive learning, or generative modeling specifically for speech AI applications
