Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mountain View, CA. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of software development and a passion for technology. As a Senior Software Engineer at C-Gen.AI, you will be responsible for developing complex software systems, contributing to our AI initiatives, and optimizing performance through advanced computing techniques. You will be working on the bleeding edge of AI infrastructure and build novel solutions to address AI development problems. You will work on every level of the Linux stack, from low level code optimizations, linux kernel code development to implementation of system services and GPU applications.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions using C++ and Python.

  • Work with CUDA to accelerate computing tasks and AI model training.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Linux kernel modules and system services.

  • Write robust, efficient, and maintainable code, and mentor junior engineers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into products.

  • Manage Linux systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Qualifications
  • 15-30 years of experience in software engineering.

  • Expertise in C++ and Python programming languages.

  • Proven experience with CUDA and AI technologies.

  • Strong background in Linux system and/or Linux kernel development.

  • Proficiency in scripting with Bash and Linux administration.

  • Ability to design and optimize complex software systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
