About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Specialist, Marketing Program Operations to join the Marketing PMO team and help drive flawless execution across the full marketing organization. We're looking for someone with marketing and/or creative operations experience who can operate as a strategic partner and keep complex, cross-functional work moving.

A core focus of this role is creative operations: you'll serve as the primary liaison between marketing program owners and the creative team, ensuring every campaign, launch, and activation has the creative assets it needs to execute on time.  From webinar slides to email templates, paid ad creative to event materials, you'll own the bridge between strategy and production of design, copy, and motion deliverables.

This role will also have the opportunity to program manage many of Attentive’s integrated campaigns and product launches.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Act as the connective tissue between marketing program owners and the creative team, processing creative briefs and assigning work to designers. May also coordinate with our agency partners.
  • Maintain visibility into the creative team's capacity and intake pipeline, flagging conflicts and prioritization decisions proactively
  • Partner with campaign drivers across Growth, Customer, Product Marketing, Events, and Content Marketing to ensure creative is delivered for key milestones
  • Support integrated campaign and product launch planning end-to-end: develop project plans, assign owners and timelines, coordinate across stakeholders, and hold teams accountable to on-time delivery
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner, identifying gaps in process or resourcing, and then recommending and building AI-first solutions that enable the team to work faster
  • Create and maintain source-of-truth program management documents and share clear status updates with stakeholders
  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and fold lessons learned back into future projects

Your Expertise

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a creative operations role
  • Strong project management fundamentals with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Comfort acting as a liaison between creative and non-creative stakeholders
  • Proactive communicator who can surface problems early and come with solutions
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com), AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT), Google suite
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

You'll get competitive perks and benefits, from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
