Requirements

  • 7.5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end product discovery initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong product mindset with expertise in product strategy, prioritization, and outcome-driven decision making.
  • Hands-on experience with structured product discovery frameworks such as Design Thinking, Double Diamond, Lean UX, or similar methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in user research, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and prototyping.
  • Experience designing complex digital products across both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product discovery, UX strategy, design execution, and business impact.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and related design platforms.
  • Experience working within large-scale, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design systems and experience contributing to or leveraging design systems effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently defend design decisions.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and effectively navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience designing for both mobile and web applications.
  • Strong collaboration skills working with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading designers is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to AI-powered products, AI-assisted design workflows, or emerging AI technologies is preferred.
  • Startup experience with a bias toward action, experimentation, and rapid delivery is a plus.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can join within one month, enabling faster onboarding and alignment with project delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design strategy and execution for digital products across mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to define product vision, roadmap, and user experience direction.
  • Lead end-to-end product discovery activities including problem framing, user research, opportunity mapping, concept development, and validation.
  • Drive outcome-focused design decisions aligned with business goals, user needs, and product success metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to challenge assumptions, influence prioritization, and ensure high-quality product outcomes.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while remaining actively involved in hands-on design work.
  • Advocate for user-cantered design practices and ensure customer insights are incorporated throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Represent Design in leadership reviews, roadmap discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Promote and drive adoption of design systems, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
  • Mentor and guide designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, design excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Work effectively within complex, multi-stakeholder environments and manage competing priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies and emerging design tools to improve user experiences and team productivity.
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, design, or a related field.
