About the Role

We’re looking for a senior product analytics leader who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. In this role, you’ll partner directly with product, design, engineering, and business leaders to uncover insights that drive our product vision and accelerate growth across the user funnel.

You’ll design and analyze experiments, synthesize complex data into actionable narratives, and influence roadmap priorities at the highest levels of the organization. This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity to shape product strategy in a fast-scaling, mission-driven environment.

If you’re energized by turning ambiguity into clarity, influencing through data, and driving measurable outcomes, this role offers the autonomy, visibility, and scope to do exactly that.

In this role, you will -

  • Have executive visibility and influence, shaping key product and business decisions through your insights.
  • Collaborate with high-caliber cross-functional leaders who value analytical rigor and strategic thinking.
  • Have the opportunity to define frameworks, not just follow them, driving how the organization uses data to make decisions.
  • Join a culture that values impact, ownership, and growth, where data is central to every major decision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive Product Strategy Through Data: Partner with product and executive teams to define success metrics, identify key inflection points in the user journey, and ensure data-driven decision-making across initiatives.
  • Lead Experimentation and Causal Analysis: Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to measure incremental impact, causation, and lift. Elevate experimentation practices across teams to improve decision quality and speed.
  • Surface Actionable Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and engagement. Translate findings into clear, strategic recommendations that inform product direction and roadmap priorities.
  • Executive Storytelling and Influence: Synthesize complex analytical findings into compelling narratives that drive alignment and action at the leadership level. Communicate insights with clarity, confidence, and strategic context.
  • Enable Data-Driven Culture: Build intuitive dashboards and frameworks that empower teams to self-serve insights. Champion a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership and Leadership: Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality and consistent business logic. Act as a trusted advisor to PMs and executives, influencing both short-term experiments and long-term strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or growth analytics, with proven impact in high-growth, consumer-facing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape product direction through data-driven insights.
  • Expert in SQL and adept with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode).
  • Deep experience designing and interpreting experiments and applying statistical rigor (regression, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing).
  • Proficiency with Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to synthesize complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments, balancing strategic foresight with hands-on analytical execution.
