The summary above was generated by AI
At BioRender, we’re on a mission to accelerate the world’s ability to learn, discover, and communicate science — transforming how knowledge is shared and making science open, collaborative, and easily understandable by all.

We’re shaping the future of science communication and are looking for talented individuals to help bring this vision to life! 🚀

As our Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will lead exciting initiatives in an opportunity space that is still very much zero-to-one. BioRender’s product-led freemium business model is an ideal fit for a Growth concentration (low friction, high user volume, word-of-mouth-friendly) and you’ll get to spearhead some of our highest ROI initiatives in this role.

What you'll be doing
  • Within your first 90 days, become an expert on our users, their behaviors, and the self-service funnel — from acquisition to activation to adoption.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize the user journey, driving activation, habit formation, and long-term retention.
  • Assess and improve freemium growth loops, experimenting with new channels and opportunities for user-driven expansion.
  • Own and execute a growth roadmap focused on the highest ROI opportunities for activation and monetization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth EPD and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful experiments and product improvements.
  • Contribute to building BioRender’s growth practice, establishing best-in-class processes and a culture of experimentation.

What we value:
  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS startup
  • Proven track record of delivering web/product changes that have significant business impact (have a direct impact on product usage, revenue and/or top of the funnel user acquisition)
  • Successful track record of owning a significant part of a user-facing product and delivering features that customers need, preferably on a web-based product
  • Prior experience working as a growth PM is preferred
  • Science background is a plus but not required!

Note: We recognize that career paths vary, and your unique journey may have equipped you with the necessary skills even if you don’t meet all of the criteria above. If you believe you have what it takes to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply!

Why join us?
  • We are mission-driven: we work collaboratively towards our shared vision of improving scientific communication and accelerating scientific discovery. BioRender figures have appeared in more than 54,000 publications!
  • BioRender is loved by millions! We have a world-class NPS and a community of loyal fans and users in 200+ countries!
  • Our company is backed by top investors and accelerators like Y Combinator, and we are on a growth trajectory comparable to many top-performing SaaS companies
  • We’re remote-first with team members across Canada and the U.S., offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere.

BioRender is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
