Drive strategic decisions for personal mobility, manage M&A opportunities, lead strategic finance, and tackle complex projects for senior management insights.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving key strategic decisions in what could become a $10T global market for personal mobility. You will structure solutions to complex problems, perform deep data-driven analytics, generate insights, & then build cross-functional consensus among the senior management team to enable focused execution.

In this role, you will...
- You will lead Strategic Finance at Zoox, including valuation, corporate development, and our long term financial strategy..
- Own the end-to-end Corporate Development lifecycle, including identifying, assessing, and executing M&A opportunities that accelerate Zoox’s mission.
- Foster robust partnerships with both Zoox and Amazon stakeholders, acting as a key liaison and driving joint initiatives that unlock strategic synergies.
- Manage high-visibility corporate strategy projects that tackle complex organizational challenges and provide the senior management team with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of professional experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading the execution of M&A activities, including target identification, financial valuation, and due diligence management.
- Expertise in advanced financial modeling and valuations.
- Proven track record of managing high-visibility strategic projects and presenting findings to executive-level leadership teams.
Bonus Qualifications
- Past project or professional experience in the AV/mobility/transportation space.
- MBA or advanced degree in engineering.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company navigating the scaling phase.
