In this position...
As Software & Systems Integration Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Software- and Systems-related activities and deliverables across multiple organizations (Hardware, Electrical, Sunrise, Certification, etc.). You will also be responsible for managing the Software Team’s dependencies on partner teams and coordinating end-to-end systems integration.
What you'll do...
Software and Vehicle Tests
Collaborate with external stakeholders to determine dependencies on SW for various test needs, which includes, but not limited to the following -
DCV
EMC (Component- and Vehicle-level)
Control Plan
Homologation
EPA Certification
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine test schedules
Work with stakeholders to identify features/vehicle capabilities required for their various tests and associated software maturity
Electrical Integration
Collaborate with Hardware and/or SIT TPMs to identify upcoming supplier HW and SW changes
Identify availability and intercept schedule
Manage change entry into SW releases, including merging of DBC and LDF changes
Manage hardware availability for Software integration
Collaborate with SIT Teams to ensure basic validation on supplier part has been completed prior to entry to Software sphere
Change Request Management
Software Point-of-Contact for Change Requests
Represent Software Team in Change Request discussions
Work with various software domains to complete assessments and feasibility for change requests
Collaborate with the program to identify appropriate implementation date for Software-impacting Change Requests
You'll have...
• Bachelor's or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of program management experience, preferably in automotive or related/comparable industries
• Experience in establishing a software maturity plan and working with cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan is required
• Experience coordinating hardware & software delivery from Tier 1 suppliers is desired, but not required
• Systems Engineering experience in requirements decomposition, test planning either as Systems Engineer, TPM, or Engineering Lead
• Product launch experience with a vehicle OEM in systems, software, or testing is a plus
• Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban) is highly desired
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position is a leadership level 5 and ranges from $163,080-308,880.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
