The Senior Strategic Account Executive is a client-facing, sales role responsible for Revenue generation, Customer relationship and EFX engagement within the account; primary responsibility for Customer, must orchestrate other EFX resources efficiently to drive sales and revenue growth of Equifax's Mortgage & Housing solutions.
What you will do

  • Fosters and maintains Customer/Partner trust

  • Grows Customer/Partner Mortgage & Housing Revenue

  • Orchestrates Equifax resources to deliver Customer value and satisfaction across the full Customer/Partner lifecycle

  • Strengthens the business relationship by expanding the ways in which Customer/ Partner relies on Equifax as a trusted advisor

  • Identifies, develops, manages, and closes Customer opportunities for Equifax Mortgage & Housing solutions

  • Engages with Clients on a consultative basis to learn their business, anticipate needs, and position optimal solutions

  • Defines and executes sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful Customer value

  • Develops strong working relationship with Client economic buyers, decision makers, and influencers

  • Leverages Account, Solution, and Delivery Pre-Sales/Sales resources effectively and at appropriate times to move opportunities forward and to maintain Customer satisfaction

  • Leads Account Strategy and Planning motions with cross-functional team to align Customer business imperatives with Equifax solutions

  • Prepares & conducts periodic Customer business reviews

  • Manages contracting and contract compliance

  • Drives strong pipeline development and sales execution

What experience you need

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 10-15 years of related Mortgage & Housing Sales experience, including demonstrated experience:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to drive growth.

  • Providing leadership and expertise across multiple groups.

  • Maintaining accurate customer relationship management (CRM) system data, contributing to effective tracking and management.

  • Contributing deep subject matter, competitive, and product-specific expertise across multiple large-scale projects and initiatives.

  • Identifying and executing opportunities to optimize sales motion across a broader organization.

  • Negotiating highly complex, compliance, and multi-product business terms.

  • Applying knowledge of (or experience in) specific industry verticals, maintaining up-to-date knowledge.

  • Successfully leveraging a complex matrixed environment to achieve business objectives.

  • Maintaining accurate customer relationship management (CRM) system data, contributing to effective tracking and management.

  • Applied knowledge of (or experience in) specific industry verticals, maintaining up to date knowledge.

  • Providing leadership and expertise across multiple groups, including but not limited to, handling escalations and call coaching.

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $152,000 to $180,000.00. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program at approximately 55%
