What you’ll do:

We are seeking a senior fractional Investor Strategy Advisor to shape and execute our investment strategy. In this strategic advisory role, you will build and nurture high-impact relationships with venture capital firms and key investors, provide guidance on company positioning, and steer long-term fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate high-level introductions and cultivate long-term relationships with VCs, private equity, family offices, and angel investors.
  • Leverage an established investor network to unlock strategic funding opportunities and partnerships.
  • Monitor market and investment trends to provide actionable guidance on fundraising strategies.
  • Provide oversight and insights on fundraising progress and key performance metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate impact.

Ideal background:

  • Seasoned professional with deep experience in investment strategy, venture capital, and fundraising for startups and growth-stage companies
  • Proven track record in raising capital either as an investor or entrepreneur
  • Skilled at cultivating and sustaining relationships with VCs, corporate ventures, private equity, family offices, and angel investors
  • Leverages a broad investor network to unlock strategic introductions and funding opportunities
  • Provides high-level guidance on fundraising strategy, investor engagement, and capital sourcing
  • Trusted for independent, part-time advisory support with strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic insight

Compensation: $125-150/hour

Employment Type: This position will be set up as a 1099 position
Location: Open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.
