Role to be based Remote US
Core Responsibilities:
- Own partner relationship with LogicGate’s North America Reseller Partners.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales and sales management, product managers, and technical teams.
- Conduct regular sales training presentations with partner sales teams to ensure they understand and can articulate LogicGate’s Value Proposition, with the ability to qualify sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with LogicGate cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and marketing, to define partnership goals and objectives.
- Oversee relationship-building activities and account mapping activities between LogicGate sales organization and partners
- Work with the Channel Marketing team to drive marketing programs with key partners and ensure that activities tie back to a successful ROI
- Assist with driving pipeline, sales qualification, and closing of business
- Define and deploy business plans to deepen our traction with existing channel partners, reviewing and re-assessing quarterly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LogicGate's competitive positioning in the marketplace
- Meet or exceed channel quotas
- Regularly interact directly with partners and customers
- Track partner performance and provide feedback to help partners optimize their approach. Regularly review metrics, identify areas for improvement, and offer tailored suggestions to help partners improve their effectiveness.
- Handle any challenges or conflicts that arise between partners and your organization. You'll need to approach conflicts proactively, seeking win-win solutions that strengthen the relationship, and then using key learnings to build better policies and processes for the future.
We get excited about you if you have:
- 5+ years experience in managing large, complex partnerships with Resellers/ VARs such as Optiv, Guidepoint, CDW, and SHI, etc.
- Great people skills. The ability to quickly understand your audience and their needs, then tailor the right message to them
- Build lasting relationships. Someone who is in it for the long term and understands the value in building trust with partners
- Tech savvy – can quickly pick up new SaaS technology and understands our platform front and back
- Experience presenting to Executives at a partner and customer level
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The anticipated base salary range for the role is $100,000 - $130,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
