ABOUT THE ROLE

AdGem, as part of AdAction, is on a growth streak - 8 straight quarters of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth - and we’re just getting started. AdGem has become one of the fastest-growing rewarded advertising platforms in the market, driving premium engagement for mobile apps, loyalty programs, and consumer brands.

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to secure new integrations with top mobile publishers and loyalty platforms. You will own the strategic sales cycle end-to-end and leverage your existing network to create revenue-generating partnerships.  This is a senior-level role designed for a proven ad tech closer - someone who can open doors through a strong book of business, navigate complex deal cycles, and deliver high-value partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value integrations of AdGem into leading mobile apps, loyalty programs, and publisher platforms.

  • Leverage an existing network and industry expertise to quickly establish new revenue-generating partnerships.

  • Own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts - from prospecting and consultative selling to deal negotiation and contract execution.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning AdGem solutions with partner monetization goals.

  • Partner closely with product, operations, and account management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success.

  • Represent AdGem at key industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to drive brand presence and pipeline growth.

  • Maintain a high level of market intelligence, tracking competitive trends and identifying new vertical opportunities.

  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a disciplined, strategic pipeline within the CRM.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in ad tech or mobile advertising sales with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong existing network in mobile publishing, loyalty, and rewards verticals.

  • Fluency in AI concepts and applications as they relate to ad tech, user acquisition, and monetization

  • Deep understanding of ad tech KPIs (CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, retention, etc.).

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.

  • Proficiency with Excel and strong data analysis skills to guide strategic decisions.

  • Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

  • Located in the Denver, Chicago, or Austin areas
