ABOUT ADACTION

Founded in 2013, AdAction is a leader in performance-based mobile app marketing, partnering with companies around the world to deliver premium users at scale. Our collaborative team prioritizes innovation and strategic decision-making, fostering a dynamic and inclusive culture where individuals are empowered to take ownership and drive impact.

With a fully remote workforce and team members located across North America and internationally, we prioritize strong cross-functional collaboration and regularly bring teams together for in-person events and industry gatherings.

As AdAction continues expanding globally, we are investing in growing our presence across Latin America, building strategic partnerships with leading publishers, mobile apps, and digital platforms throughout the region.

ABOUT THE ROLE

AdGem, part of AdAction, is on a growth streak — 8 straight quarters of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth — and we’re just getting started. AdGem has become one of the fastest-growing rewarded advertising platforms in the market, driving premium engagement for mobile apps, loyalty programs, and consumer brands.

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, LATAM to help expand AdGem’s presence across the region by securing new integrations with leading mobile publishers, loyalty platforms, and digital partners.

This role will play a key part in establishing and growing AdGem’s partnerships across Latin America, with a focus on the largest markets, such as Brazil and Mexico.

This is a senior-level role designed for a proven ad tech closer — someone who can leverage an existing network, identify high-value opportunities, and independently manage complex partnership cycles from prospecting through integration.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment, owns their sales process end-to-end, and collaborates effectively with distributed internal teams across multiple time zones.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value integrations of AdGem into leading mobile apps, loyalty programs, and publisher platforms across the Latin American market.
  • Leverage an existing network and industry expertise to quickly establish new revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Own the full strategic sales cycle — from prospecting and consultative selling through deal negotiation and contract execution.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, aligning AdGem solutions with their monetization and user engagement goals.
  • Work closely with globally distributed teams across product, operations, and account management to ensure successful onboarding and long-term partner growth.
  • Represent AdGem at key LATAM industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to grow brand awareness and pipeline.
  • Maintain strong market intelligence across the Latin American ad tech ecosystem, identifying emerging verticals and partnership opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a disciplined, strategic pipeline within the CRM.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in ad tech, mobile advertising, or performance marketing sales with a proven track record of closing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong existing network within mobile publishing, loyalty, rewards, or ad monetization ecosystems, particularly within the Latin American market.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full sales cycle and develop new partnerships from the ground up.
  • Fluency or proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English required
  • Fluency in AI concepts and applications as they relate to ad tech, user acquisition, and monetization.
  • Deep understanding of ad tech KPIs (CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, retention, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including proficiency with Excel or similar tools.
  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a remote-first, high-growth environment.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams across time zones.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events across Latin America.

AdAction offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based commission structure for this role. Total compensation will be determined based on factors including location, experience, market expertise, and demonstrated ability to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
