  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, and Imagery teams to align priorities, production plans, and delivery expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the imagery and video lifecycles, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, improve collaboration, and strengthen end-to-end delivery.
  • Travel to our Creative Studio in San Leandro, CA, quarterly

The responsibilities described above are not exhaustive. • Experience working with creative operations, DAM, and workflow management tools such as Monday.com, Aprimo, Wrike, Asana, or similar platforms. Experience with Monday.com is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume creative or imagery initiatives involving multiple production methods, teams, stakeholders, and interdependent timelines.
  • Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to build alignment.
  • Excellent organizational and operational management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows, timelines, dependencies, and priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to clarify expectations, navigate trade-offs, and proactively drive alignment.
  • Experience developing and improving operational workflows, asset governance practices, and scalable systems that support creative production.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong operational judgment and a focus on consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities and complex cross-functional dependencies.
  • Strategic and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify operational gaps and implement improvements that increase scalability and effectiveness.
