Job Responsibilities
• Inbound Process Optimization – Support the development and implementation of standardized inbound workflows (receiving, put away, quality inspection) across internal warehouses and 3PL partners
• System Enhancement – Coordinate inbound system improvements, including appointment scheduling, automated check-in/reporting, carton labeling, size sortation, and exception handling mechanisms
• On-the-Ground Execution – Serve as the primary point of contact on the warehouse floor, gathering feedback, identifying gaps, and reporting findings to leadership
• Adoption & Compliance – Drive adoption of new processes and ensure compliance with established standards across all sites
• Cross-Functional Coordination – Partner with internal teams and external 3PL partners to facilitate smooth operations and escalate bottlenecks
• Performance Tracking – Monitor KPIs, document process performance, and provide actionable insights to support continuous improvement
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain project management
• Hands-on experience with inbound operations (receiving, put away, vendor compliance, inventory management)
• Experience working with WMS/WCS systems and driving process optimization
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus
