    • Contributing to technical volumes and solution narratives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, SMEs, operations) to align solutions with mission needs
  • Establish best practices, standards, and documentation for Power Platform development

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in application development, with 3+ years architecting solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Demonstrated experience building enterprise-scale solutions (not standalone apps)
  • Strong experience with:
    • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
    • Power Automate (complex workflows, approvals, integrations)
    • Dataverse (data modeling, relationships, security roles)
    • Power BI (data modeling, DAX, executive dashboards)
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs, Azure services, or external data sources
  • Proven ability to design and implement role-based access, security, and governance models
  • Experience working in federal or highly regulated environments
  • Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DoD or federal human capital programs (e.g., training, counseling, workforce development)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)
  • Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, ALM for Power Platform)
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400)
  • Active security clearance (Secret or higher)
