In this role you will work alongside preboarding experts dedicated to providing a seamless experience for EchoStar's new hires. This high-volume, high-visibility position offers the chance to apply your expertise in relationship management, clear communication, and precise attention to detail. Supporting our high-volume frontline recruiting function, you will collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and various business partners across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding calls and send out new hire first day details to our Frontline CXO and Sales new hires
- Maintain a working knowledge of EchoStar HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting and preboarding
- Foster and sustain strong partnerships with primary business stakeholders and auxiliary units that collaborate with internal support teams, including HR Operations, Training, and Tech Enablement
- Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency
- Support onboarding related projects with the business as needed
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and progressive experience
- 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, HR operations, or high-volume service delivery environments
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Ability to effectively respond and interact with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and Google Suite
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
- Proven ability to anticipate obstacles and proactively implement solutions
- Positive, adaptable mindset with the ability to champion change and support adoption of new processes or tools
- High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results
