We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Product, Engineering, and G&A teams. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, partners confidently with senior stakeholders, and brings creativity and structure to technical hiring.
What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer and close
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
- Drive consistent, structured recruiting processes that enable fair, high-quality hiring decisions
- Manage candidate pipelines and deliver a positive, transparent candidate experience
- Conduct initial screenings, present qualified shortlists, and facilitate interview feedback and debriefs
- Advise leaders on market trends, compensation, and talent availability
- Use data and insights to inform hiring decisions and improve pipeline health
- Maintain ATS data accuracy and contribute to continuous process improvement across Talent Acquisition
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments
- Experience supporting Product, Engineering, and G&A teams
- Proven ability to source talent using traditional and advanced sourcing tools
- Strong data literacy, with experience using metrics to guide recruitment strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and influence hiring managers
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Experience using Lever or another applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborative mindset and experience working with global, cross-functional teams
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $118,700 - $140,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
