Local Business Management / Tax practice in Sherman Oaks is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join their team!  This firm specializes in high net worth individuals returns. You will be groomed for a Tax Manager position and must be tax oriented, communicative and ready to join an INCREDIBLE environment. THE BONUS is that there is never more than 10 hours of overtime required, busy season is budgeted out well in advance.  You will have the job in tax you always wanted, work/life balance and a career with guaranteed growth!

Job Description

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, business 

Assist business partners with other financial aspects of business, taxes, financial, strategy, etc.

Identify and communicate creative ideas to improve client service, and entreprenurial spirit to expand services with clients

Soft Skills:

High Energy and motivation level

High quality client service

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field

CCH software experience REQUIRED

Valid California CPA license - preferred but not required

4 + years tax experience 

Solid technical skills in tax accounting

Desirous of career advancement

Demonstrated skills necessary to ensure high quality client service

Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines and budgets
