Since 2012 Odaseva has helped global enterprises secure and manage their most valuable asset: data.

The Odaseva EnterpriseData Platform secures and manages Salesforce data, ensuring data resilience, regulatory compliance, and unlocking the value of data. It’s built to solve the complex challenges of large-scale global enterprises.

We’re a fast-growing scale-up with offices in San Francisco, Paris, Sydney, London, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and more.

We serve a global customer base including Fortune 500 companies, government organizations, and NGOs supporting more than 100 million Salesforce users worldwide.

At Odaseva, our values, Trust, Service, Commitment, Excellence, Kaizen, and One Team, define the environment we foster for our employees to thrive and succeed.

About the Role

Odaseva is looking for a Technical Architect who brings deep Salesforce architectural expertise and enterprise-grade data integration experience to help our largest customers protect, govern, and mobilize their data at scale. This role blends hands-on architecture, customer-facing advisory, and collaboration with Product to shape the future of data protection and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

    • Architect and guide large-scale data management initiatives — including backup/recovery, archival, anonymization, and high-volume data migrations — for global enterprise customers.

    •
      • Serve as the technical thought partner to customer architects and executives, providing guidance on regulated industry requirements (PII, GDPR, HIPAA, DORA) and best practices.

      •
        • Provide architectural leadership to customers on designing scalable data workflows and integrations using AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks, ensuring their workflow system  data strategies meet enterprise performance, governance, and compliance requirements.

        •
          • Apply practical AI/ML techniques to customer use cases such as intelligent classification, anomaly detection, and automated compliance workflows (experience helpful but growth in this area expected and supported).

          • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap, validate use cases, and accelerate adoption of new data and AI-driven capabilities.

Required Experience

    • Deep Salesforce technical expertise, including APIs, data model, metadata architecture, security/sharing model, and platform limits/performance considerations.

    • Hands-on experience delivering solutions in regulated environments (e.g., Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Public Sector) with strong understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, DORA, etc.).

    • Proven track record leading large, complex data migrations and operationalizing enterprise-grade strategies for backup, restore, archival, and data lifecycle management.

    • Strong data engineering foundation, including experience building data pipelines, ETL flows, or lakehouse/lake-based architectures using Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS-native services.

    • Ability to learn and apply AI/ML concepts (LLMs, classification, anomaly detection) to real-world customer data problems. Prior AI experience is preferred but not mandatory.

    • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills — including influencing VP/CXO-level stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with security frameworks, data privacy, or Zero Trust architectures.

    • Background with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Trust Layer, or MLOps concepts.

    • Prior work with data governance, data lineage, or sensitive data classification tools.

    • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, CTA), experience/certifications in AWS, Snowflake or Databricks.

    • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise data platform environment.

Why Join Odaseva?

    • Work at the intersection of Salesforce, data security, and next-generation AI-driven data services.

    • Influence product direction and define new Expert Services offerings used by the world’s largest Salesforce customers.

    • Join a global, high-caliber architecture team solving complex and mission-critical data challenges.
