Our Client

A premier digital product and brand experience agency that collaborates with world-class organizations to build innovative digital solutions at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology. By fostering a deeply collaborative environment where engineers, designers, and strategists work in unison, they deliver high-quality e-commerce platforms, websites, and custom products designed to reach and impact millions of users globally.

Job Summary

We're seeking a Technical Producer to lead the delivery of high-impact, complex digital projects. In this role you won't be tied to a single project but will operate across multiple engagements—ranging from large-scale e-commerce platforms and marketing sites to innovative product feature development.

As a Technical Producer, you are the critical link between engineering teams, clients, and leadership. You will partner closely with Technical Directors to ensure that our digital solutions are delivered with technical excellence, on time, and within scope.

Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of 1–2 large-scale complex projects or 2–3 smaller technical workstreams simultaneously.

  • Delivery Ownership: Own the planning, execution, and quality control of all technical deliverables, ensuring they meet both client expectations and Instrument’s high standards.

  • Agile Facilitation: Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

  • Backlog Management: Partner with Tech Leads to translate high-level requirements into detailed, actionable technical tickets and clear delivery roadmaps.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for technical stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating technical constraints and progress.

  • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify potential blockers, manage technical dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

  • Operational Visibility: Maintain real-time visibility into project health, team velocity, and resource allocation, providing regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical production, technical project management, or delivery management within a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Literacy: Proven track record of leading complex web-based or digital product projects. You should be comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and development workflows.

  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to "translate" complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and pivot priorities in a dynamic, agency-style environment.

  • Attention to Detail: A rigorous focus on execution quality and a commitment to delivering polished, bug-free digital experiences.

Nice to have

  • Agency Background: Experience working in a digital agency or professional services consultancy.

  • Modern Tech Stack: Familiarity with modern web architectures, specifically React-based ecosystems and API-first (Headless) development.

  • Distributed Teams: Experience managing remote/distributed engineering teams or collaborating with external vendors.

What We Offer
  • 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive. All it takes is a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

  • Highly Competitive USD Pay: Earn an excellent, market-leading compensation in USD, that goes beyond typical market offerings.

  • Paid Time Off: We value your well-being. Our paid time off policies ensure you have the chance to unwind and recharge when needed.

  • Work with Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom to manage your time as long as the work gets done. Focus on results, not the clock.

  • Work with Top American Companies: Grow your expertise working on innovative, high-impact projects with Industry-Leading U.S. Companies.

Why You’ll Like Working Here
  • A Culture That Values You: We prioritize well-being and work-life balance, offering engagement activities and fostering dynamic teams to ensure you thrive both personally and professionally.

  • Diverse, Global Network: Connect with over 600 professionals in 25+ countries, expand your network, and collaborate with a multicultural team from Latin America.

  • Team Up with Skilled Professionals: Join forces with senior talent. All of our team members are seasoned experts, ensuring you're working with the best in your field.
