SUBSCRIBE is an enterprise software solution providing electronic subscription document technology and an order management system for alternative product transactions.

Our technology allows allocators, sponsors, and service providers to digitize the entire onboarding, investment, and reporting process for alternative investments. Through our open-architecture platform, all stakeholders are easily connected to a central venue allowing for collaboration that reduces errors, saving time and money.

Our mission is to give our clients control and reduce friction for a very painful investment process using our platform.

Role

As Senior Technical Product Manager – APIs & Integrations, you will lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our external-facing and internal integration surface: APIs, SDKs, and third-party platform connectors. This role is critical to enabling partners, clients, and internal teams to integrate with SUBSCRIBE reliably, securely, and efficiently. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, and external stakeholders — and play a key role in shaping our platform’s long-term extensibility and ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for APIs, SDKs, and integrations.
  • Develop long-term vision for how our integrations and platform extend SUBSCRIBE’s value proposition to partners, clients, and internal teams.
  • Prioritize, plan, and drive the delivery of API and integration features — from authentication, authorization, and performance to documentation and versioning.
  • Ensure high quality, reliability, scalability, and usability of APIs and SDKs (for internal and external developers).
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to make informed architectural decisions, manage technical debt, and plan for long-term scalability.
  • Lead engagements with third-party vendors, partners, and clients to integrate their systems with our platform via APIs/SDKs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute integrations with external platforms (e.g., CRMs, data platforms, reporting tools, partner systems), including defining requirements, building specs, and managing delivery.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between SUBSCRIBE and external engineering/partner teams — helping with SDK integration guidance, authentication/authorization flows, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, operations, sales, and customer-success teams to align on roadmap, scope, delivery timelines, and launch strategy.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure API documentation, SDK references, sample code, integration guides, and best practices are maintained.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with prior experience in technical, platform, or integration-focused product roles (APIs, SDKs, third-party integrations).
  • Strong technical fluency with understanding of API design principles, authentication/authorization mechanisms, SDKs, data models, performance, error handling, and integration architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a product roadmap, manage cross-functional execution from design through release, and balance technical constraints with business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage with technical engineers, external partners, and non-technical stakeholders (sales, leadership, clients).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; experience defining and tracking metrics to measure success.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with ability to juggle multiple integrations, partners, and evolving priorities.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Previous experience in financial or alternative investments industry.
  • Familiarity with documentation and developer tools (e.g., OpenAPI specs, API reference tooling, SDK versioning tools, sample code, developer portals).
  • Experience in relevant technologies and/or standards, including SSO via SAML or OAuth, GraphQL, etc.
  • Experience mentoring other PMs or leading product initiatives across multiple teams.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Paid vacation
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (U.S. candidates only)
  • 401k with company match (U.S. candidates only)
