We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead organization-wide business operations for our Engineering Infrastructure teams serving the Hardware organization. In this role you will own the roadmap and planning processes, lead headcount forecasting and recruiting initiatives, coordinate internal communications and onsite programs, and enable organizational effectiveness across multiple programs. You will partner with engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment, accelerate decision-making, and scale program execution across the Hardware Infrastructure organization.

Hardware Infrastructure creates the platform foundation for end-2-end silicon development -- from architecture through design, and production. We build and operate models, software engineer systems, compute environments of millions of cores, and workflow tools. Our mission is to improve engineering velocity while ensuring the performance, efficiency, and resilience required to deliver the world's most innovative hardware solutions. This role requires a balance of operational rigor and critical thinking to drive complex initiatives from planning through delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the organization-wide roadmapping process for Hardware Infrastructure, ensuring alignment of priorities, timelines, and cross-team initiatives

  • Drive headcount planning and recruiting strategies in partnership with engineering and HR, ensuring the organization has the right talent to meet current and future needs

  • Partner with leaders to identify, define, and track strategic business initiatives across Hardware Infrastructure, helping to translate high-level goals into actionable programs

  • Establish and maintain org-wide program processes, metrics, and dashboards to provide insight into progress, dependencies, and potential risks

  • Support decision-making by providing metrics, evidence based insights, risk assessments, and recommendations on strategic programs and resource allocation

  • Drive operational excellence by documenting processes, sharing guidelines, and creating repeatable frameworks to scale program management across the org

  • Create opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, team collaboration, communication flows, and program execution within the Hardware Infrastructure organization

What We Need To See:

  • B.S. (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field and 12+ years of technical program management experience, including leading complex, cross-functional programs at scale

  • Experience in organizational planning, including road-mapping, headcount/resource planning, and coordinating program progress within an engineering org

  • Experience scaling program management practices, establishing processes, and driving operational excellence across multiple teams

  • Proven ability to partner with engineering and leadership teams to drive alignment across multiple initiatives and partners

  • Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills, with experience leading cross-team meetings and presentations

  • Strong analytical skills with experience providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making and prioritize initiatives.

  • Experience tracking metrics, handling dependencies, and reporting program status to leadership

  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and implement organizational events, team building on-sites, or similar initiatives

  • Comfortable working with senior technical leaders and translating strategic goals into actionable programs

Ways To Stand Out from the crowd:

  • Experience in hardware, silicon or infrastructure organizations, with exposure to complex technical programs

  • Experience driving cross-geography or globally distributed programs
