NVIDIA’s Omniverse team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with deep Cloud experience (Azure & AWS essential). As a TPM you align, drive, and supervise engineering or product programs and projects to improve execution efficiency and cross-team communication. You work closely with a variety of partners such as Product Managers, and Engineering Leads to align on planning, priority of execution. You drive planning activities to determine scope, resource requirements and task breakdowns for each feature, engineering component and deliverable, effectively orchestrating the “Team of Three”, Product Manager, Engineering Lead and Program Lead.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive new products and features through the development process, acting as a bridge/facilitator between Product Management, Program Management, and Engineering teams.

  • Map product requirements, PORs (Plan of Record) and roadmaps to documented and actionable engineering programs, projects, and tasks.

  • Organize engineering execution through sprints and/or target release date management, define ‘done’ for those tasks and track them to completion.

  • Communicate project status and highlight "wins" and "blockers" to collaborators and org members via “Top 5 Things” and partner review meetings.

  • Ensure managed programs & projects meet deadlines and are completed within budget or build and implement approved mitigation plans.

What we need to see:

  • Expertise in Cloud Computing: Deep knowledge of cloud services and cloud application architectures. Experience of successfully shipping products on major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is crucial.

  • A strong technical background in software development, including an understanding of development life cycle processes (PLC/SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices or equivalent experience.

  • Validated experience in running multiple projects and multi-functional teams, from the initiation phase to closure, ensuring that projects are completed on time. A high level of proficiency in JIRA is required.

  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively lead teams through influence, liaise with customers, and articulate project and sprint goals, requirements, and risks. You must show a strong ability to explain sophisticated topics and situations succinctly and you are able to create documentation and presentation materials.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address technical and organizational challenges.

  • Technical bachelors degree or equivalent experience

  • 12+ Years of experience in a software program or project management role, PMP certification and agile project management training preferred

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5, and 232,000 USD - 368,000 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
