We are looking for a driven, diligent, and hard-working leader to join NVIDIA’s DGX Program Management team, focusing on delivery readiness and the documentation lifecycle for NVIDIA Mission Control, which enables new enterprise systems at the heart of cross-industry AI advancement. As a partner with engineering, product, QA, provide technical teams in the end-to-end documentation release management process, ensuring high-quality, timely documentation that aligns with software releases and supports our impact across leading academic and industry organizations. You will manage multiple parallel efforts—including documentation release calendars, VPRs, and training—by aligning incremental breakthroughs with production cycles, while developing and improving processes for scheduling, version control, and post-release validation to optimize delivery pipelines and reduce risk.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Technical Marketing, and Product Management to certify that all critical enablement assets—from low-level release notes to partner resources—meet rigorous production-grade standards.

  • Scale Technical Content Operations: Manage the integrity and versioning of complex technical repositories across Git-based version control systems and enterprise documentation portals, maintaining consistency across parallel development branches.

  • Architect the Documentation Lifecycle: Build and supervise a robust, end-to-end documentation strategy, ensuring that sophisticated deployment, administration, and multi-platform guides are synchronized with software release cadences.

  • Direct Virtual Product Reviews (VPR): Lead the technical validation strategy by conducting reviews with Solution Architects to stress-test platform features, identifying architectural gaps or performance bottlenecks prior to customer exposure.

  • Drive Closed-Loop Issue Resolution: Translate review findings into actionable engineering roadmaps by managing the lifecycle of tracking bug tickets and product requirement cards, ensuring that technical debt and findings are validated, prioritized, and resolved.

  • Lead Technical Enablement Curricula by synthesizing complex feature sets into comprehensive training programs, identifying subject matter experts to deliver deep-dive technical sessions that prepare global field teams for new enterprise system capabilities.

  • Manage Infrastructure-Backed Training Logistics: Oversee the operational deployment of NVIDIA Mission Control (NMC) clusters for hands-on technical training, managing resource contention and global scheduling for high-scale enablement events.

What We Need to See:

  • Strategic Roadmap Execution: Drive alignment across organizations while synchronizing deliverables and requirements using tools like Aha! or Jira.

  • Expert Release Management: 9+ years of experience in Technical Program Management to coordinate complex software release lifecycles and large-scale technical operations.

  • Infrastructure & Versioning Mastery: Manage Git-based content workflows and repository management

  • Quality & Bug Tracking: Utilize enterprise issue tracking and defect management systems to maintain high standards for software quality

  • Distribution & Enablement: Coordinate web-based documentation portals and partner enablement ecosystems.

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and driving consensus across diverse engineering and product organizations

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with datacenter infrastructure management software and the vital documentation to deploy and manage it.

  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles and enterprise system architecture

  • Skilled in modern documentation tools, and practical familiarity with efficiency tools and process automation
