So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager, Growth to join the Technical Program Management team.

This role owns the end-to-end acquisition funnel from post-click marketing experience through onboarding and activation. You are accountable for improving signup conversion and activation rates, and for optimizing the funnel to attract high-value, long-lived customers.

You will operate at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data Science. While this role sits within the TPM organization, it functions as a Growth Product leader with direct responsibility for funnel performance and experimentation strategy.

Primary executive stakeholders include the VP of Technical Program Management and the CMO.

What you'll do
  • Own the full post-click acquisition funnel from marketing site entry through onboarding and activation
  • Define and maintain the canonical acquisition funnel definition used across teams
  • Drive measurable improvements in:
    • Visitor → Signup conversion rate
    • Signup → Activation rate
    • Funnel progression efficiency
  • Optimize for acquisition of high-value, long-lived customers, not just volume
  • Partner closely with Performance Marketing to align channel strategy with funnel performance
  • Advocate for marketing site experience changes when conversion data supports it (without owning site content)
  • Define experimentation roadmap and prioritize growth bets based on ROI and impact
  • Partner with Growth & Retention (Data Science) and experimentation teams to design and execute A/B tests
  • Translate experiment results into strategic direction and next bets
  • Develop and refine onboarding flows to accelerate time-to-value
  • Consume and interpret analytics from GA, Pendo, and internal dashboards to identify funnel friction
  • Co-own instrumentation strategy with Product Analytics to ensure clean funnel measurement
  • Make fast, reversible decisions where appropriate, accepting short-term technical debt for validated growth gains
  • Clearly communicate funnel performance, experiment outcomes, and tradeoffs to executive stakeholders
What you'll bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Product, Product Management, or Technical Program Management in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ownership of conversion and activation metrics
  • Deep understanding of acquisition funnels and growth loops
  • Strong fluency in growth methodologies, including:
    • Funnel analysis
    • Cohort analysis
    • Experiment design
    • Incrementality thinking
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Google Analytics (GA)
    • Pendo
    • Product analytics platforms
  • Ability to clearly articulate the full acquisition funnel and identify friction points at each stage
  • Experience partnering with performance marketing teams
  • Comfort working with experimentation teams and Data Science partners
  • Strong data literacy (SQL familiarity is a plus, but not required)
  • Ability to move quickly and prioritize high-velocity experimentation
  • High comfort with ambiguity and iterative product development
What success looks like
  • Sustained improvement in signup conversion rate
  • Increased activation rate and reduced onboarding drop-off
  • Clear funnel instrumentation and shared understanding of acquisition metrics
  • High experiment velocity with disciplined prioritization
  • Acquisition channels increasingly optimized toward high-LTV customers
  • Strong alignment between Marketing and Product on funnel ownership
  • Executive clarity on growth performance and tradeoffs

MNTN Perks

  • 100% remote within the US
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • Annual vacation allowance for travel related expenses
  • Three-day weekend every month of the year
  • Competitive compensation
  • 100% healthcare coverage
  • 401k plan
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for dependent, medical, and dental care
  • Access to coaching, therapy, and professional development
